I'm pretty sure the Harley Ultra Classic pulling the HD X90 belongs to a guy from Marblehead. He's on another Motorcycle Board I visit.

He restores mini-bikes and mini-cycles.... Cool stuff.

I wasn't familiar with the Pulse. I found this article.

Technically a 3 wheel vehicle because one wheel(outrigger) is always supposed to be off the ground. There's a pic in the article of one with body removed. weird lookin' thing.

The mini was a fully restored X90 so you may be right. (but then you already knew that )

Default defying gravity

The Egli frame and the 'other' harley mini have that over-the-engine frame I find intriquing. It's just cool (put impractical) the way the engine is suspended instead of supported.
