Yes that is true. mine seems to be in a couple different locations in the garage, then in it's parking spot.
Just picked up new Oil sight glass, two front rotors (ouch), New seals for the final drive and a new Re-Cycle T-shirt.

First time to Re-Cycle BMW. I must say they were helpful and friendly. Kinda had that old time bike shop you could hang around at. Labor cost per hr are a little high, but i'm a do it myself guy anyway.

Memnoch,

Not sure how many mile are on your shocks, but after 113k I could relly tell the differance when I replaced mine old OEM ones. I went with Hagon. Less the the Olins and Wilber and they can be re-bulit.

Oh, no down time here!! Been riding, I guess, like that since I got it. Still under 44k on the odo. She does run smooth, haven't hit bottom on shocks yet, and that's a first on any bike I've owned.

Especially since water pump went out in the '95 Yukon.(218,000 mi) Think I'll trade up to an '02 next week. Just have to see if the rear ends are compatible. If not I need to get one for the 02.
