Default Great bike shop

Ketcham's Bikes Haven http://www.ketchamsbikershaven.com/

9202 East Harding Hwy Galion, OH 44833

Keith works on all makes and is a factory authorized Harley repair and warrenty shop. He was the service writer at Theils and a wrench for years. He's also the one who came back from sickleave and ramrodded the engine job they had sat on all winter for my bike. Not only did he get it done fast and right, he also made a great effort to compensate me for the lack of attention over the winter while he was gone.

2 weeks ago the stator in the Ultra died on the way to work. Knowing the signs, I ordered one from work. It showed up thurs morning and I took it to Keith fri afternoon along with the bike. Keith had 3 other jobs lined up but he knew I was leaving monday for a weeklong trip. He called me Sunday evening and told me to come pick it up He charged me 1/3 of what a dealer wanted to do the job, ......and none of them would even touch it for 10 days

With Keith having his own shop open, I'll prob never walk into a dealer again.
