Default St Rt 122

Had the opportunity to ride St Rt 122 from Eaton down to Middletown the other day. Nice piece of road. Not technical but a lazy roller coaster type of ride through some beautiful country. Give it a try if you're up that way.

There was also a cross street that looked interesting... As I was headed south I looked west onto a road called Quaker Trace I think, and saw some interesting up down, up down, up down kind of humps. Look like they would be a real tummy tickler. Going to have to run back up there and give them a try.

I found it to be best after I got in to Butler County. To get to Eaton, I went over 744 to Jacksonburg and up some of the back roads including Wayne Trace to 122 just south of Eaton and then back toward Middletown. I turnes south on Elk Creek Rd, which is a nice ride, back to Trenton, then Woodsdale Rd back home.

If you want, I will plan a trip to include some of those roads, along with some of 122 to ride in the next couple of weeks. My last contest of the season is next Sunday afternoon. Beautiful scenery today.

I hit 122 and 744 today, also took 123 down thru Lebanon and morrow. Why is it you catch slow traffic just before the nice twisties?

That is a nice riding area which you could use enroute to some covered bridges.
