Last Friday I went up to Hudson Michigan to a place called Tri-State Surplus They have tons of parts and surplus stuff for trailers. I picked up 3 new frameless tinted windows, A 13 inch SS sink, LED running pin lights and LED tail lights, Fresh water inlet, a power inlet and a flush mount door latch with keys.

I cleaned the garage to make room. I have some metal work to do yet before I start painting the frame. I want to build a swing arm for the BBQ grill to pull out from a side panel and swing back to the galley for cooking.

On the lookout for a 20 gallon fresh water tank and matching gray tank. I might end up using 8" by 5 foot PVC pipe with caps on each end.

OK I'm back. Did some math and found that a 8" pipe holds 2.6 gallons per foot. I'll need 2 pipes for fresh and 1 gray pipe.

Default Step 2

I cut the side rail to make a walk way, Welded the BBQ post on, put the second coat of primer on and the black oil based yop coat on.

I'll be picking up 4 sheets of treated 3/4" plywood to start making the side panels.

Default I have sides kind of.

The first side was easy, getting the second side to match and line up was the problem. Had to take the wheels off to open the garage door. Going to have to remove the springs and front jack to get it out of the garage...someday.

I didn't get to work on the trailer much this weekend. I was down at my brothers cleaning out his old barn, before the knock down.
Here is where I'm at now.
