Yes a lot of folks say the heat from Indians are bad. I feel it on the scout but only sitting still on a hot day. It's liquid cooled so I was surprised. Leather made heat shields seem to be helping.

I've seen several of those on the Indian forums and they swear by em.

HEY LOOK

I got to sit on one of these beasts today, play with the switches, activate the forward and backward parking assist. It is a big bike and I am not a large person. At 56″ with a 26″ inseam I was surprised at how easy it was to throw my leg over the seat, I was able to heft it off the sidestand without getting a hernia, and was able to sit on the seat and flat foot it on both sides. That was amazing. It is a large motorcycle. Ergos felt good and the driver floorboards are long, the seat felt good. I imagine there will be people that will love this bike. Not my style though.

Saturday I will be attending Yamaha demo days and will be riding an FZ-10 and an FJR and probably a Bolt Scrambler ( you are allowed to ride 3).
They are more my style.(standards).

It looks bigger then I thought. Where did you find one? I don't think u will like the bolt, I have been on one and it's just not a good seat. But that could just b me.

My local dealer Beechmont Motorsports. The Scrambler is different than the std bolt. I have already ridden Fz09s, FZ07s, R6s, R3's, Tenere's, Warriors, VTX's. NEver ridden a Bolt though lol

I was looking at buying a bolt or the Indian scout. Glad I got the scout. I do want to take a sit on the new Yamaha,I bet it would make a nice cross country bike.

You look good on there Mick. I think the front end of this bike looks like the front of a BMW car from a few years ago.

Hey look who shrunk the old retired guy? LOL

Don't put your eye out with that FZ-10 rocket ship.
